However, some copyright issues have emerged, so the full text of the book needs to be removed from the public domain. I would be grateful if you can remove the book from your web site ... Please note that samples from the contents of the book will remain available for free download. They can be obtained from <link removed as no longer active*> and made available from other web sites.
